Shipping & Return Policy

Before we submit your purchases, we may need to confirm some information with card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed late on Fridays, holidays or during the weekend will be processed by our Shipping Department on the next business day. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped depending on the number of orders we receive. You will receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking number once your package is shipped.

Please note that, after completing an order, we can’t change the payment method, delivery address or shipping speed.

U.S SHIPPING

Befree369 uses USPS to ship all packages. Our USPS shipping options available at the moment are as follows:

Priority Mail 2-Day: If Priority Mail 2-Day shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-3 business days after shipping.

EASY AND FREE RETURNS

We love when our customers enjoy their stylish new jewelry, just as much as we enjoy making sure we provide an excellent retail experience! In the unlikely case you’re not delighted with your purchase, here’s how to request a return or exchange.

For a refund you will have 10 (ten) days from the receipt of your purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Return Requirements

… Returns can be requested within 10 (ten) days after receipt of the product;

… All items in the kit should be returned, as individual pieces cannot be accepted;

… The kit should be sealed;

… The items in the kit must be received in unworn, original condition;

We regret not being able to accept a return as a form of payment for other purchases.

To request an exchange or return, please send an e-mail to cs@befree369.com. Be sure to include the following information:

… Name

… Invoice number

… E-Mail

Once your return is processed you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned items credited to your original form of payment.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE

At Befree369 we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately cs@befree369.com. and we will gladly replace the item.

NOTE: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
